Refund Policy

1. Overview

At IdeaFoundry we want you to feel confident purchasing. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which we issue refunds, how to request one, and how refunds are processed.

By purchasing any paid subscription or one-time product on IdeaFoundry.wiki, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Subscription Plans

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription (Pro or Team), you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial charge. This guarantee applies once per customer.

Renewals: After the initial 14-day window has passed, subscription renewal charges are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until that date.

Partial Periods: We do not issue prorated refunds for unused days in a billing period unless required by applicable law.

Downgrade Credits: If you downgrade from an annual plan to a monthly plan mid-cycle, any unused balance may be applied as account credit at our discretion.

3. One-Time Purchases

Idea Packs & Reports: Because our idea packs and downloadable reports are digital products delivered within 12 hours of purchase, all one-time purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Exception — Defective Delivery: If you did not receive access to the purchased content due to a technical error on our end, contact us within 7 days and we will either restore access or issue a full refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@ideafoundry.wiki with:

- The email address associated with your account
• Your order or subscription ID (found in your billing confirmation email)
• A brief description of the issue or reason for the request

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

We may grant refunds outside the standard policy at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as:

- Duplicate charges caused by a billing system error
• Charges made after a cancellation was properly submitted
• Verifiable extenuating personal circumstances (reviewed case-by-case)

Refund requests submitted after the applicable window will be considered on a goodwill basis only and are not guaranteed.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks that are filed without first contacting our support team may result in immediate suspension of your account pending resolution.

If a chargeback is successfully reversed in our favor, any outstanding balance remains due and your account may be permanently suspended.

7. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. If local law provides for a mandatory right of withdrawal or refund that is more generous than this policy, that right will apply.

Customers in the European Union have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from distance contracts for services. However, by expressly requesting immediate access to a digital service, EU customers acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is waived once delivery has begun, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
