    IdeaFoundry is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.     10. International Data Transfers

    IdeaFoundry is based in the United States. If you access our services from the EU, EEA, UK, or other regions with data protection laws, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission for transfers from the EU/EEA.

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or a prominent in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
